Mexican Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
1-1/2  pounds  lean ground beef or ground turkey 
3  tablespoons  Homemade Gourmet® Taco Soup Seasoning 
1    Homemade Gourmet® Black Bean Salsa Mix, prepared 
1    Homemade Gourmet® Mom's Smashed Potatoes Mix, prepared 
1/2  cup  colby jack cheese 

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 13x9x2 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

2. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with seasoning until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Spread seasoned ground beef in prepared baking dish.

3. Cover with prepard black been salsa. Top with potatoes.

4. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown around the edges. Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve warm.
