Salmon Burgers with Lemon Dill Spread

Servings Per Recipe: 4 servings

2  6-ounce  salmon filets, skin and bones removed 
3  tablespoons  Homemade Gourmet® Italian Mozzerella Meatloaf Seasoning 
2  tablespoons  cilantro, chopped 
2  tablespoons  canned green chilis, diced 
2  tablespoons  shredded cheddar cheese 
    dash worstershire sauce 
    dash soy sauce 
    minced onion to taste 
    garlic powder to taste 
    pepper to taste 
1/2  cup  light sour cream 
2  teaspoon  Homemade Gourmet® Mock Spinach Seasoning OR It's the Real Dill Dip 
1/2  to 1 teaspoon  lemon zest, to taste 

1. Cut salmon filets into 1 inch cubes and place in bottom of food processor. Add all remaining ingredients and pulse food processor 6-8 times, until salmon resembles the consistency of ground beef (be careful not to over process). Form mixture into 4 patties.

2. Pre-heat grill pan to medium-high heat and spray generously with non-stick cooking spray. Place patties in pan and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

3. While patties cook, prepare sauce by mixing together the sour cream, dip mix and lemon zest.

4. Top patties with sauce and serve with or without a bun.
