Cheesy Roasted Chicken

1    Homemade Gourmet® Roasted Tomato Salsa Mix  
3  pounds  chicken breasts 
1  10.75-ounce  can fiesta nacho cheese soup 
  .50  can water 

1. Place all ingredients into a gallon sized ziptop freezer bag and SMOOSH. After labeling, Cheesy Roasted Chicken, freeze until the day of cooking. This is a 4 meals in 4 minutes recipe, so your cooking options are:

SLOW COOKER: Thaw until meal can slide out of bag. Place entire contents of bag into slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low 6-8 hours.

*Reserve 2 of the breasts with 1/2 cup sauce to make a bonus meal.

2. Serve chicken over rice with sauce.


Chicken Nachos

2 Cheesy Roasted Chicken breasts, shredded (with sauce)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
tortilla chips
salsa, optional
guacamole, optional
sour cream, optional
fresh tomatoes, diced, optional
jalapenos, optional

Heat the chicken with sauce until warmed through. Cover a baking sheet with foil and fill with tortilla chips. Top with chicken mixture and shredded cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted. Serve with additional topping options as desired.
