Asian Slaw

Recipe Serving Size: 1/2 cup
Servings Per Recipe: 6 servings

1    Homemade Gourmet® Asian Chicken Salad Mix 
1/2  cup  mayonnaise 
2  tablespoons  apple cider vinegar 
1  pound  shredded cabbage 
1/2  cup  chopped green onion, optional 
1/2  cup  chopped cashews, optional 
1/2  cup  chopped bell pepper, color of choice, optional 
    chow mein noodles optional topping 

1. In a small bowl, whisk together mix, mayonnaise and vinegar; set aside.

2. In a serving bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add dressing and stir until all ingredients are well coated.

3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

NOTE: while several of the add in ingredients are listed as optional, it is recommend to use many if not all of these items for the best flavor combination.
