1    red bell pepper, cut julienne  
1    small red onion, sliced in thin strips  
1  16-ounce  package salad greens  
1  cup  Homemade Gourmet® Black Bean Salsa Mix, prepared 
    your favorite salad dressing  

1. Place salad greens in individual bowls, top with desired amounts of salsa, bell pepper, and onion.

2. Top individual servings with your favorite salad dressing, serve immediately.
