1/2  pound  okra, cut into 1-inch lengths  
1    egg  
8  tablespoons  Homemade Gourmet® Italian Mozzarella Meatloaf Seasoning 

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place okra and egg in a zip top bag, close bag securely, and shake to coat okra. Add seasoning, close bag securely, and shake until coated.

2. Place a wire rack on top of an 11x17x1 baking sheet. Arrange okra evenly on rack and bake 10 minutes until crisp.
