Homemade GourmetŪ Italian Mozzarella Meatloaf Seasoning |

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut unpeeled potatoes in wedges, pour wedges and butter into 1 gallon zip top bag, shake to coat. Add meatloaf seasoning mix to bag, shake to coat.
2. Place potatoes in greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
3. Serve immediately.
