Beef and Barley Stew

Ingredients
1    Homemade Gourmet® Beef and Barley Stew Mix with seasoning packet  
1-1/2  pounds  stew meat 
6  cups  water 

Directions
1. Lightly spray cooker with nonstick spray or line with a slow cooker liner.

2. Add seasoning packet, stew meat,and water; cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low; 8 hours.

3. During last hour, stir in potatoes. If cooking on low, turn temperature to high. Remove and discard bay leaf.
