Baked Italian Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
1    Homemade GourmetŪ Italian Mozzarella Meatloaf Mix  
1-1/2  pounds  boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders  
1  stick  butter or margarine, melted  
1/3  cup  grated parmesan cheese  

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine seasoning and cheese. Dip chicken in butter and coat with seasoning mixture.

3. Place coated chicken on an ungreased 11x17x1 baking sheet.

4. Bake 20 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
