1. Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pie crust.
2. Pour mixture into a 1 ˝-quart casserole dish and top with pie crust.
3. Brush on egg, if desired.
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until crust is golden.
