Chipotle Chicken and Noodles

 



Ingredients
1-1/2  pounds  boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks  
1  28-ounce  can crushed tomatoes, plus 1 can water  
2  tablespoons  Homemade GourmetŪ Chipotle Steakhouse Rub Mix  
6  ounces  egg noodles  

Directions
1. Lightly spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or line with a slow cooker liner.

2. Combine chicken, tomatoes, water, and seasoning in slow cooker.

3. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or on low 8 hours.

4. Last 30 minutes of cook time, stir in noodles; cook until noodles are tender.

Make this a 4 meals in 4 minutes meal: Combine all ingredients except egg noodles in a gallon sized zip top freezer bag, seal, SMOOSH and label Chipotle Chicken and Noodles. Freeze until needed.
