1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare mix as directed on label.
2. Add rice, sour cream, chicken and whipping cream. Stir until well blended and pour mixture into 9x9 pan. Top with tortilla chips and cheese.
3. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
