1. Brown Italian sausage in a large deep skillet, drain. Add onions; cook until tender.
2. Add pasta, water and spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add mushrooms and red peppers, cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy!
