1. Preheat oven to 450°. Stir together meatloaf seasoning with Parmesan cheese; set aside in shallow pan. Place egg in separate shallow pan. Dip chicken pieces in egg; then, in meatloaf mixture. 2. Place in 13x9x2 baking dish and bake 18-20 minutes or until juices run clear.
3. Remove from oven and drizzle with ¼ cup spaghetti sauce, top with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
4. Serve over spaghetti and sauce.
