Parmigiana Chicken

8  tablespoons  Homemade Gourmet® Italian Mozzarella Meatloaf Mix   
1/4  cup  grated Parmesan cheese  
1    egg, beaten  
6    boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 pounds) 
2  cups  Homemade Gourmet® Homestyle Spaghetti Sauce, prepared  
1  cup  shredded mozzarella cheese  
1  12-ounce  package spaghetti, cooked  

1. Preheat oven to 450°. Stir together meatloaf seasoning with Parmesan cheese; set aside in shallow pan. Place egg in separate shallow pan. Dip chicken pieces in egg; then, in meatloaf mixture.

2. Place in 13x9x2 baking dish and bake 18-20 minutes or until juices run clear.

3. Remove from oven and drizzle with ¼ cup spaghetti sauce, top with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

4. Serve over spaghetti and sauce.
