Ingredients
3  pounds  boneless, skinless chicken breast  
1    Homemade Gourmet® Taco Soup Mix 
1  10-ounce   can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained 
1  gallon  sized zipper freezer bags  

Directions
This is a 4 meals in 4 minutes™ recipe that can be prepared ahead and go into your freezer for later!

Make It Now - Select preferred cooking option below and prepare accordingly.

Prepare For Later - Combine all ingredients in a gallon sized zip-top freezer bag. Seal and SMOOSH to blend ingredients! Label as Enchilada Chicken and list cooking options.

COOKING OPTIONS:

Bake - Thaw completely; pour meat and marinade into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

Slow Cook - Pour contents of bag into slow cooker. Cook on low 4-6 hours.

To Make Tacos - Shred the cooked chicken and place in taco shells (hard or soft) with shredded lettuce, cheddar, diced tomato and sour cream.
