MAKE IT NOW- Select preferred cooking option listed below and prepare accordingly.
PREPARE FOR LATER- Place all ingredients into the freezer bag. Seal and SMOOSH to blend ingredients! Before freezing, label as Garlic Basil Chicken and list cooking options.
COOKING OPTIONS:
BAKE: Thaw (if frozen) and bake (covered) at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
GRILL: Thaw (if frozen), discard marinade, and grill over medium high heat until chicken juices run clear.
SLOW COOK: Defrost (if frozen) enough to empty contents into slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
*You may substitute the chicken with 3 pounds pork chops for a variation on this recipe... make both and fill your freezer twice as fast!
